SourceFlow Garments Shipping Policy


At SourceFlow Garments, we are committed to providing reliable, transparent shipping solutions for our B2B apparel export clients.

1. Processing & Shipping Time


All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Standard Express Shipping to North America/EU: Estimated delivery within 7-15 business days via DHL/UPS/FedEx.
  • Global Other Regions: Estimated delivery within 10-20 business days via reliable international logistics.
  • For bulk, ODM/OEM custom orders, production lead time will be confirmed individually based on order volume and production schedule.

    Note: Delivery time is an estimate only and may be affected by customs clearance, local holidays, or force majeure events beyond our control.

2. Shipping Costs & Methods


Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, volume, destination, and shipping method, and will be displayed at checkout.

We partner with leading international logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery:

  • Express Shipping (DHL/UPS/FedEx): Ideal for samples and small orders.
  • Sea/Air Freight: Available for large bulk orders, please contact our sales team for customized logistics solutions and preferential freight rates.

3. Customs & Duties


For all international orders, the recipient is fully responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees charged by the destination country.

We are not liable for any delays, additional costs, or penalties caused by customs inspection or import regulations in the destination country.

4. Order Tracking


Once your order is shipped, we will send a full tracking number to your registered email address. You can track the shipment status in real time via the logistics provider's official website.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments


If your order is lost or severely damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date.

We will coordinate with the logistics provider to investigate and provide a solution (re-delivery or full/partial refund) within 3-5 business days.
