3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you believe your item is **defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item**, please contact us immediately at lijunxiu227@gmail.com.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right. For verified defects or errors on our part, we will cover all return shipping costs.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

5. Exchanges

This method allows us to process your refund quickly and ensures the new item is shipped to you immediately, rather than waiting for the return to reach our warehouse first.
6. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the 30-day policy above, if you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order or return an item within 14 days of receipt, for any reason (no questions asked).
- The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

7. Refunds
