We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C at sight, and PayPal for smaller orders. Standard terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. For established customers, we offer flexible payment options.
Standard production time is 10-15 days after order confirmation and deposit receipt. Rush orders can be accommodated with additional fees. Sample production takes 5-7 business days.
Yes, we provide samples for quality evaluation. Sample costs and shipping fees are charged but can be refunded when you place a bulk order. We can also send existing samples free of charge for reference.
